Multi-journey passes are programmed on to Urban Express smart cards. Cards require a $10.00 issue fee, can be obtained from the driver and can be recharged on the bus as required. These cards are NON REFUNDABLE |

Tertiary fares are loaded onto smart cards and can only be obtained from Auckland University (Students Association) Drivers cannot sell these fares, or top up cards. |

Zone A is $30.70 for 7 days travel, All zones is $50.00 for 7 days travel. Tickets are route specific, and fully interchangable on Urban Express buses and NZ Bus buses, on the route the ticket is purchased on. ie this is a route specific ticket, and a joint operator innovation. |
